Ford will unveil the Maverick and Mustang Mach-E at the 2021 SEMA Show.

Like many automakers, Ford showcases concept cars at the SEMA Show every year to showcase its aftermarket potential, and the 2021 SEMA Show, scheduled for November 2-5, will be no different.

According to a Ford press release, more than 40 modified vehicles will be on display, but this year the emphasis appears to be on the newly launched 2022 Maverick compact pickup truck and Mustang Mach-E electric crossover.

The modified Maverick includes one from Air Design USA, showing off the company's fender flares, door moldings, and tailgate appliqués. Based on the Maverick Ralliart FX4, it also boasts a cat-back exhaust system, a 1.5-inch lift kit, and 18-inch wheels wrapped in all-terrain tires.

Other Maverick creations include a lifeguard-themed truck built in conjunction with the local police department as part of an after-school program at Oxnard (Calif.) Union High School.Tucci Hot Rods is a 3D printed Maverick Street truck with fender flares, 3D printed hood and front lip.

The EV category includes the Shelby Mustang Mach E GT concept, applying the legendary Shelby name to an electric Mustang crossover. It is equipped with a Shelby American carbon fiber body kit, Shelby-tuned Ford MagneRide dampers, and 20-inch one-piece forged monoblock wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport EV tires.

Other Mach-E concepts include the Tijn Edition Mustang Mach-E California Route One with bright orange paint, air suspension, and 22-inch Vossen ML-R1 wheels, and the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer, and a modified Mach-E GT built for the Foundation for Pediatric Cancer. The car will run for 200 mph at the 2022 Bonneville Speed Week and will be auctioned for the foundation in 2023.

Several standard Mustangs will also be on display at SEMA, based on the Mustang EcoBoost High Performance Package and Mustang GT Performance Package. The lineup also includes two modified Rangers with 6.0-inch lift-up kits.

Ford will also bring several F-150 concepts based on the PowerBoost Hybrid, Hybrid Lariat, Tremor, and the redesigned F-150 Raptor: the F-250 Super Duty Tremor and F-450 Concepts based on the Super Duty Platinum will also make an appearance.

All of these vehicles will premiere at SEMA, but Ford will also showcase the Expedition Timberline Off-Grid concept, which premiered earlier this month at Overland Expo East in Arlington, Va. 2022 model year. Based on the Expedition Timberline, it features a rooftop tent and a matching trailer full of gear for wilderness adventures.
