2023 BMW Alpina XB7, 2024 Mercedes-Benz AMG CLE, manual Supra: automotive news headlines
German tuner Alpina, now part of the BMW Group, has premiered an updated XB7 based on the BMW X7. This high-performance three-row SUV will be available in the U.S. in early 2023 with 630 hp from a V-8 and mild hybrid combination.
Mercedes-Benz is expected to replace the C-Class and E-Class convertibles with a single model, possibly called the CLE-Class. A prototype of that convertible has appeared in AMG's sporty guise.
Toyota has listened to its fans and decided to offer a manual transmission in the Supra sports car. Toyota said the transmission was tailor-made for the Supra, but did not say whether it would be available for both the four- and six-cylinder engine options.
