2022 BMW i4 M50, 2024 Kia EV9, Mercedes-Benz AMG One: Top Photos of the Week
BMW's latest addition to the 4 Series family is an electric option called the i4 hatchback. The car is a new addition to BMW's lineup for 2022 and will be a joy to drive in the guise of the i4 M50 with up to 536 hp. [Nissan did not reinvent the Z with the 2023 redesign, but rather moved this sports car icon forward into a new decade.
Kia is nearing the launch of an electric SUV with rugged looks and third-row seating, a prototype of which was spotted this week. The car is a production version of the EV9 concept unveiled at the 2021 Los Angeles Auto Show and will likely have a design similar to the striking show car.
While MG has introduced electric vehicles in most of the markets in which it operates, the redesigned MG 7 sedan is sticking to internal combustion power. This handsome mid-sizer was unveiled with a maximum output of 254 hp, but we hear that a more powerful plug-in hybrid option is on the way.
The 2023 GMC Canyon was also revealed this week. This redesigned mid-size pickup debuted with a high and wide stance, a powerful turbo four, and a bigger price tag than ever before. The new vehicle is priced at about $40,000, $10,000 more than the current model.
Mercedes-Benz AMG's hypercar, the One, finally entered production this week, five years after its initial unveiling. The hypercar, powered by an F1 engine, will be built in the UK, not far from where Mercedes' F1 cars are built.
The 2023 Ford Bronco and Bronco Sport Heritage Edition also debuted this week to celebrate the Bronco's 57th birthday. With throwback colors, two-tone paint jobs, and interior colors and materials exclusive to the special editions, the modern SUVs truly inherit the look and feel of their predecessors.
