Dodge Banshee Concept, Ferrari 499P LMH: Top Photos of the Week

Dodge plans to launch its first EV in 2024 and is teasing it with the Charger Daytona SRT concept. At the SEMA Show this week, Dodge unveiled an updated version of the concept, dubbed the Banshee.

Ferrari's first sports prototype in decades was also unveiled this week. The car is the new racer 499P LMH, which will be entered in the hypercar class of the 2023 World Endurance Championship, signaling Ferrari's attempt to return to the top level of endurance racing.

BMW was spotted testing a prototype of the redesigned M5, and this time the tester included many production-ready elements. The new super sedan has been confirmed with a hybrid powertrain, but there are rumors that an electric powertrain is also an option.

The Ford Ranger is scheduled to be redesigned next year, with a Ranger Raptor version. The new Ranger and Ranger Raptor are already sold overseas, and Ford plans to introduce a modified version of the Raptor in this year's Baja 1000.

Ford's new F-150 Raptor R was also discussed this week. Powered by the supercharged V-8 engine from the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, we just experienced the 700-horsepower fury of the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. [We also tested Lamborghini's latest Huracán variant, the Tecnica, which combines the power of the Huracán STO with the rear-wheel drive setup of the Huracán' Evo, but with a modified look.

Ringbrothers of Wisconsin displayed several builds at the SEMA Show. One of them was a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro that shared only two parts with the original car. That's right. Almost everything on this car is custom built, much of it in carbon fiber.

And finally, Porsche brought two 911s close to the top of Ojos del Salado, Chile's tallest volcano in the world. Naturally, many modifications were required to allow the 911s to climb almost 20,000 feet.
