This 914/6 was built in May 1971 and delivered new to Mr. Vernon W. Gruzenour of Somerset, PA on July 20, 1971. It is not known how long Mr. Gruzenour has owned the Porsche, but service records in the original maintenance booklet indicate that the 914/6 was serviced at the same Pittsburgh Porsche dealership from new until it was no longer recorded in the booklet after 56,600 miles had been driven.
