2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, 2024 Lamborghini SC63: Automotive News Headlines

After what seems like an eternity, Hyundai N has finally revealed its first electric car, the Ioniq 5 N. The car is not a mere clone of the related Kia EV6 GT, but features a variety of N-developed features, including one that Hyundai simulates gearshifts for more power and the feel of an ICE powertrain.

Lamborghini has unveiled its LMDh racing car, which will compete in both the IMSA Sports Car Championship and the FIA World Endurance Championship starting in 2024. Like all LMDh cars, it has a hybrid powertrain, but the internal combustion components are a custom-built V-8 developed in-house by Lamborghini's Squadra Corse motorsport division.

Porsche has unveiled an open-top version of the Vision 357 coupe concept unveiled earlier this year. Dubbed the Speedster, it features an electric powertrain in place of the coupe's flat-six engine. While these concepts are not slated for production, some of their design elements may be incorporated into future production models of the brand.
