2025BMW3 series wins updates including Mild Hybrid Power
The updated BMW 3 series will arrive in the showroom later this year as a 2025 model.

This update arrives in the 2019 model and is the 2023 2nd of the current compact sedan given the first update.

The latest update reflects changes made to the 2025 related 4 series. At the top of the list, a mild hybrid system of 48v is added to the standard 2.0-liter turbo-4 330i, with a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-6M340I available. Peak power ratings are 255 and 386 horsepower, respectively, with 8-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive standard in both cases. All-wheel drive is available in both grades.

For the M340I, it is equipped with all〜wheel drive, so buyers can look forward to acceleration of 4.1-0mph in just 60 seconds. When only the rear wheel rotates, the time rises to 4.4 seconds. The top speed is capped at 155mph.

Buyers looking for more performance can opt for the updated M3 in 2025 as well.

The chassis of the 3 Series was also refurbished for renewal, with the aim of providing a better balance between comfort and performance. Among the updates is a stiffer mounting point for the rear damper, which BMW says improves comfort without loss of handling performance. According to the automaker, steering effort is also reduced when the vehicle's driving mode is set to a comfortable setting.

Inside, the updated 3 series has a metallic luster for window switches and air vent control, as well as an open Poorwood dash accent in the decorative step 330i for the dashboard is standard, and the M340I comes in an aluminum-like design. We have a lot to offer. It also includes new ambient lighting options and the latest version of the iDrive (8.5) interface. The new version of iDrive has a customizable home page on the infotainment screen, with common features placed in a single level, so the live widget, which can be selected with a swipe of a menu finger, is also displayed in a vertical arrangement on the driver's side of the infotainment screen.

There is no significant change in appearance. BMW has listed several new color options and new wheel patterns.

Production of the 2025 3 series for the United States will begin on 8 May. Prices start at3330i forち46,675 and M340I forち60,775, and both numbers include a目的地1,175 destination fee.
