2023 Kia EV6 GT, Jeep Grand Cherokee V-8, 2024 Acura ZDX Type S: Reverse Run of the Week

Discontinued mid-year, the model's V-8 engine drops its maximum towing capacity from 7,200 pounds to 6,200 pounds, which is achieved with a V-6 engine; the 4xe plug-in hybrid remains the most powerful Grand Cherokee, but its towing capacity is 6,000 pounds.

The Rivian R1T and R1S gain snow mode with the latest software update. Just before many parts of the U.S. were hit with cold and snow, the electric pickups and SUVs got a new mode that reduces brake regeneration in the name of stability and enhances cabin heat retention.

The 2024 Acura ZDX Type S received an official photo shoot during public road testing. The electric crossover SUV is based on GM's Ultium powertrain components and shares bits with the Cadillac Lyric, but will have its own design inside and out.
